Seeking Content and Marketing Intern

 

Be Social Change is seeking a Fall Semester part-time intern to support conent and marketing efforts and gain professional skills. The internship will run from mid-September to the first week of December.

We are a membership organization dedicated to helping people make their greatest impact in their careers. We host frequent events, webinars, and workshops to help people gain the skills, insights, and connections to accelerate impact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and outreach Be Social Change members to share their stories.
  2. Support writing blogs with member-focused content and thought leadership pieces.
  3. Event marketing – supporting outreach and awareness of Be Social Change events, including researching journalists and bloggers and outreaching potential partner organizations.
  4. Assisting with curating testimonials from events and workshops for use on the Be Social Change website.
  5. Creating recaps of events for blog and social media.
  6. Supporting partnership projects as they arise.
  7. Optional: Support data gathering to help Be Social Change measure our growth and impact

Outcomes:

  1. Supporting blog and social media content creation to elevate Be Social Change’s online presence and SEO.
  2. An organized list of edited testimonials for use in marketing materials.
  3. A library of impact stories from Be Social Change members for sharing.
  4. Event recaps – as desired by the Be Social Change team.
  5. Potential streaming of events or creation of micro-content.
  6. Supporting smoothe running events and workshops.
  7. Optional: An updated monthly data sheet to measure growth and impact.
