Is your career contributing to the world in the ways you want it to? Is your work meaningful?

A recent survey in the United States found that only 41% of Gen Z and 44% of Baby Boomers feel a sense of meaning in their work (Millennials feel meaning at a 60% rate and Gen X at 51%). If you don’t feel that sense of fulfillment in the purpose of your work, you can absolutely join the growing movement of people who do with a few simple insights and skills.

Join this hour-long webinar to learn the following:

  • What are social impact jobs
  • What are key skills and terms social impact professionals need to know
  • Where to look for social impact roles
  • How to make connections in the social impact space (ie: how to network effectively and meaningfully!)

There will also be time for questions and answers. You’ll want to take notes during this fast-moving session as you gain insights and skills to carry you into your career transition.

Build skills in:

  • Understanding the social impact landscape
  • Identifying the advantages and disadvantages to nonprofits, social enterprises, B Corps, impact investing, CSR, and public sector work
  • Key social impact skills, including JEDI/DEI frameworks
  • Social impact vocabulary, including understanding the Sustainable Development Goals, sustainability vs. regenerative, the circular economy, and more
  • Evaluating social impact jobs boards
  • Meaningful networking strategies
This webinar is for you if you:
  • Are dissatisfied with your work or company’s impact in the world
  • See the growing climate and social crises around you and feel called to do something about them
  • Want to change jobs and are not sure how to get started
  • Make networking connections that don’t seem to go anywhere
  • Want to better understand the social impact landscape
